Terms of Services

General Guidelines

⛥ Please note that I am a slow artist due to school, other projects/hobbies, personal obligations, and my personal health. I am my dad's caretaker/caregiver. He and school are my top priority.⛥ Schedule is due to change based on work, classes, and doctor's appointments.⛥ You must be at minimum 18 years of age to purchase any art from me.⛥ I do not work with deadlines or TAT. If this is in issue then don't commission me.
- This is due to school and other obligations I can't guarantee the time frame.
- You'll continue to get updates on the work as I work on it.⛥ I reserve the right to refuse any commissions from any client for any reason.⛥ I take full payment up front. Split payments can be discussed, but I must receive full payment before you receive the full finished piece.⛥ Payments will be done through Paypal Invoices, Ko-Fi links, or Cashapp. I will not be sending my email for payments for commissions.⛥ Payments done through Paypal or Ko-Fi will have a +2.99% addition to cover paypal fees.⛥ All payments must be in USD.⛥ I do NOT do full refunds, UNLESS I cannot complete the order. Do NOT commission me if this is an issue or you plan to refund for any reason or circumstance.⛥ All of my commissions are listed in order on my Trello. Each commission will be worked on in order of which they are received. If you want your commission done sooner, a rush fee of +$30 will be added to your full commission price.⛥ Once I begin your commissions, you'll receive progress shots. You may make as many changes as you wish during the first sketch process. Any major changes that are wanted or made after the initial (final) approval of the sketch (before the clean up and coloring/shading) will have an additional fee of +$10.
Example:
- Outfit change after initial approval = +$10 extra
- Hairstyle change after initial approval = +$10 extra.⛥ Because I do not work with deadlines or a TAT, rushing me without paying a rush fee will get your order canceled, refunded, then blocked and blacklisted.⛥ I will NOT draw any art for anyone listed on my blacklist. This means you may not purchase any of my art for them on their behalf, purchase any of my art a friend piece of a character they currently own.⛥ By commissioning me you agree to not remove and/or crop out my watermark or signature.
I have at least 3 extra watermarks hidden on my works.⛥ My artworks (personal, commissions, fanart, etc) are NOT to be stolen, edited/traced, modified, or re-uploaded.⛥ My artworks (personal, commissions, fanart, etc) are NOT free to use for editing or roleplay. Only customers who purchase an adopt or a commission from me may use that design or art for roleplay, with proper credit.⛥ My artworks (personal, commissions, fanart, etc) are NOT are not to be put through any artificial intelligence (AI) program.⛥ My artworks (personal, commissions, fanart, etc) are NOT are not to be used or sold to, for, or as NFTs. I do NOT support the use of NFTs.⛥ My artworks (personal, commissions, fanart, etc) are NOT are not to be used for any cryptocurrencies, ntfs, blockchains, minting, etc.⛥ Modifying and tracing my art will get you fined, blocked, and blacklisted.

Misc

⛥ Currently my commissions are closed but may change in the future.⛥ As stated above in the General Info: My schedule changes due to work, classes, mine and my dad's health, etc.⛥ My schedule is listed above all of the info and is due to change each year & semester.⛥ I work on personal art and personal stuff on Mondays, Wednesday, & Fridays. This may change in the future when I start taking commissions.⛥ On Tuesdays & Thursdays I work on adopts and commissions (whenever I get them.) Again this schedule it due to change in the future.⛥ My To-Do list is linked on my trello. I have two trellos, one for personal stuff and one for commissions, gifts, and etc.⛥ If you have questions you can dm me on any of my socials, they're all linked at the top of my home page. I am more active on Facebook currently. You may contact me on my Facebook art Account or Art Page.⛥ I will always do my best to keep people updated. Most of my updates will be found on either Facebook or BSKY. Again I am more active on Facebook currently.⛥ All I ask is that you please be respectful and considerate of my time. Please remember I am human and I have other obligations and I am my dad's caregiver/caretaker.

Adopts/Customs

⛥ Custom design rules fall under both commissions & adoptable rules.⛥ Singular Adopts will be sold through my Ko-Fi account at a set price.⛥ Auction Adopts will be held on all other socials: Deviantart, Furaffinity, Facebook (my art page & art account), etc.⛥ Preclaims will always be higher priced and you may choose the color palette and any extra details.⛥ Payments must be done in USD.⛥ Custom designs will be paid through Paypal Invoice or Cashapp.⛥ Once you purchase a design from me you're free to add or make small changes like: hairstyle piercings, body markings, etc. You don't need to ask permission. All I ask is that I am properly credited for the over all design.⛥ You may resell, gift, trade, the design. However, once a design is gifted or traded the design loses value.⛥ You may NOT resell any of my designs for more than what you originally paid unless you have extra art that you created or paid for.⛥ If you gift or trade a design the value begins with any new art made or purchased and can ONLY be resold for the new art value.
EXAMPLE: If you receive a design of mine through trade or gifting, but you pay for a $60 commission, the value of that design is $60.⛥ If you buy and then resell my designs in less than a month, I will avoid doing business with you in the future.⛥ I no longer do holds more than 1 week, 2 weeks at max, due to being ghosted.⛥ My designs can never be resold to individuals on my blacklist.⛥ You may NOT purchase a design on behalf of someone on my blacklist.

Bases

⛥ Any and all bases I made are NOT to be resold for any reason or circumstance.⛥ You may not take credit for my bases.⛥ My base files are NEVER to be given out for free. This includes any free to use bases I make.⛥ Sharing my bases out for free, claiming them as your own, not properly crediting me will get you permanently banned and blacklisted.⛥ If any of my bases are being used I must always be credited. That means not removing my watermark, crediting me when you post the final works on any socials. This credit can look like: Base by DraconemSoul, DraconemSoul Art, or Neveah Sin.⛥ You may alter the lines of my bases to match your art style, but I still must be credited for the use of the base.⛥ My bases are not to be used in AI programs.⛥ Any F2U (free to use) bases are to be used for Personal or Adopts only.⛥ Any P2U bases without a detailed background are allowed to be used for personal, adoptables, customs, commissions, YCH, MYO, closed species, gifts.⛥ My YCH bases are to be used ONLY for personal use and gifts.⛥ My YCH bases are not to be copied, edited, traced, claimed as your own.⛥ Individuals on my blacklist are banned from owning and using any of my bases F2U or P2U. This means you may not purchase a base on their behalf.

Black List

⛥ Those listed on my blacklist are listed for a reason. The reason(s) will be listed with each person.⛥ Do NOT witch hunt or harass these people.⛥ Do NOT start drama/shit with me over the reason these individuals are blacklisted.⛥ Those listed are bannded from owning any design, art, or bases I create.⛥ They are banned from using anything I make in the future this does not include anything of mine they own previously.⛥ Some people are permanently banned/blacklisted.⛥ Falsely claiming someone is doxxing will automatically get you added to the list. Please know the definition of doxxing before you claim someone is trying to dox you.---------Here's the definition of doxxing:
Doxing (or doxxing) is the action or process of collecting and disseminating someone's personal information in order to shame, embarrass, expose or intimidate them.
